Loan Approvals are based upon the business' established cash flow unlike conventional loans in which collateral is the driving force. 

 

Buyers need to have sufficient cash for the equity injection, good credit and transferable management experience. Transferable management experience may take the form of a previous business ownership, established management skills or industry experience.

Start Ups

Emerson Capital provides financing for Start Up Small Business loans through the SBA 7a loan program. 
The term is 10 years and the rates are 2.75% over Prime.
 
Start Up small business loans require the borrower to invest as little as 10% of the Project Cost.  
Project Cost for a start up business can include such things as:
 
* Equipment
* Installation
* Leasehold Improvements
* Permits & Fees
* Working Capital
 
Borrowers must have good credit.  Financials such as tax returns, Personal Financial Statement and Resume are required.

Real Estate Loans

Are you looking to expand your small business by acquiring a significant amount of equipment and/or commercial real estate?  Emerson Capital can help you finance these costs at great rates and terms. 
The required down payment for things like equipment, installation, working capital and leasehold improvements is as little as 10%.  The required down payment on real estate is 10%.
